We welcome You to Åsargården and Everotts Kennel situated in the county of Skåne, Sweden.

We have had Rottweilers since 1988. Eva´s first Rotti-female, Korad (235p) Faunus Orchide (H&A ua) competed in obedience and tracking. We also visited Dog-shows, but without Top-placing.
Our goal is to produce healthy dogs mentally as well as physically, for You who just like us are interested in the breed and its characteristics of well build Rottweilers. We believe that an Everott-dog should be suitable as a family-dog while still having a high working ability.
To be able to keep up with the Rottweiler breeding in and out of the country we are members of the Swedish Rottweiler Club, the German Rottweiler Club etc. We are both educated mental-test figurants and have been participating in the education for breeders organised by the Swedish Rottweiler club. Every year we join different seminaries regarding various dog-breeding matters.

A fascinating thing with life is, as You all know, that you never will be fully-trained……

One part of the work with producing good Rottweilers are made by us breeders, but the work with training and imprinting the puppies to good functional dogs in the society, is naturally made by You as a puppy-owner.
As a guidance to the breeding work we have statistics, based on how the dogs hereditary characteristics of, for example hips, elbows and mental status. All the puppies are X-rayed (hips and elbows) at an age of 12-18 months. We also arrange the MH-test (mental test for young dogs) for the dogs after one year of age. Then all owners of the puppies in the litter gathers at the same place at the same time to do the test in order to evaluate the influence of each dogs ancestors.

There are many ways to supervise and support you as puppy-buyer, but the most important thing is that you are interested in, and keen on learning more about dogs all time.
We arrange meetings for our puppy-buyers where everybody has an opportunity to meet their dogs sisters and brothers. At these meeting we talk about problems that might have occurred and tries different exercises to stimulate our puppies. Here, we also give the opportunity to make use of the collected experiences gathered among people with Rottweiler as a speciality!

Every year we invite a professional trainer who comes to the Kennel to give all puppy-buyers, who is interested, a full day course. We believe that it is very important that the dogs are working. The type of work does not matter as much, as long as the dogs are both mentally and physically stimulated. We are especially happy when the puppy-buyers are training their dogs. Of course the competing is always stimulating you and your dogs relation even further.
